Tom
I had initially booked the Madeline Cruise, but a week before my trip, I received a message informing me that I would be on the Le Theatre Cruise instead. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, the experience turned out to be exceptional. The views were absolutely amazing, and the personalized service from the crew members made me feel special. Our guide, Sam, was friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which enhanced our stay. I had a pleasant and memorable experience.

The boat was beautifully decorated and the room had a huge balcony with amazing views. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, especially Peter who took good care of us. The food was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options available. The location was stunning and we enjoyed the boat trip and kayaking activities.
The amount of rubbish in certain areas of the location was off-putting and it seemed like the issue was not being properly addressed. The early morning tannoy calls for certain guests was annoying and disruptive to those who were not required to be awake.

We originally booked Madeline Cruises, but were switched to Le Theatre cruise for no extra fee. The whole experience was incredible and felt like a whole holiday in just 24 hours. The crew, from the receptionist to the bartender, were all great. Our waiter, Sam, was thoughtful and helpful, and Tom, our tour guide, was perfect. The boat was stunning and our room was top notch. The trip was planned well with a packed itinerary but never felt rushed. The meals were delicious and they accommodated our food preferences. We were very happy with the whole experience and can recommend it to everyone.
Didn't dislike anything about the property 😊

Our experience with Madeline Cruises was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything was well organized and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The food on the cruise was delicious and plentiful, and the excursions were fun and suitable for all ages. We especially enjoyed the kayaking and village visit to Cat Ba Island. The ship itself was almost brand new and the crew members were super attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was top notch, with special mention to Peter and Owen for their professionalism and attention to detail. The cruise truly exceeded our expectations, and we would love to do it again someday.

The Sea View Balcony: Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sea, like a painting come to life. We spent hours basking in the tranquil beauty, feeling like royalty on our own private oasis.
Limited Snack Options: Snack selection was limited, but understandable given the cruise's focus on the main meals.

The location of the hotel in the bay area is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and crystal-clear waters. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms featuring bathtubs overlooking the bay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a top-notch service. Breakfast is delicious with various options, and the food during the tours is also exceptional. The activities are enjoyable and well-planned, such as squid fishing and kayaking in the bay. The facilities are modern, and the boat itself is stunning, providing a memorable experience.
It was sad to see the pollution in the bay area, which might impact the overall experience.

The cruise experience during our Christmas holiday was amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The surroundings were breathtaking and we loved the kayaking and boat trips. The food was delicious and we appreciated that they catered for vegetarians.
The amount of rubbish in the bay was also off-putting. We didn't appreciate being asked not to leave negative reviews, although we did have a lovely time.

Spent an incredible Xmas break with my family at this beautiful and luxurious cruise. We were amazed by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were modern. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunset and sunrise. We enjoyed the delicious food, and the fact that they catered to our dietary restrictions was a big plus. The cruise also offered a variety of water activities that were exciting and added to the overall experience.
We were saddened by the amount of rubbish that we encountered during our cruise. It was a bit of a turn-off and detracted from the otherwise stunning scenery.

The exclusive amenities provided in our room were beyond luxurious. From the comfortable king-size bed to the plush bathrobes and slippers, this hotel exuded comfort and style in every detail. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience, with a diverse range of menu options served in a stunning outdoor dining area.
While our stay at the hotel was near perfect, we noticed a minor issue with the lack of beach umbrellas provided. It would have been nice to have this option available for guests looking to relax and soak up the sun on the beachfront.
